To assure authenticity, their genuine Le Vian® jewel should be signed or stamped with the Le Vian® name and/or logo. The Certificate guarantees various considerations. We guarantee Their Le Vian® jewel to be:
1. Handcut and Handset: Every Le Vian® jewel is guaranteed to be handcut, and all gems are guaranteed to be handset.
2. 14K Gold: Every 14K Le Vian® jewel is guaranteed to contain 58% or more pure gold.
3. 18K Gold: Every 18K Le Vian® jewel is guaranteed to contain 75% or more pure gold. Hence, every piece is stamped with an international mark of 18 Karat gold-750 or 18K.
4. Platinum: This Le Vian® jewel is guaranteed to contain pure Platinum.
5. Genuine Gems: Every Le Vian® piece is guaranteed to contain only genuine gems.
6. Limited Lifetime Warranty: We limit our obligation to the free replacement or repair of any Le Vian® piece that does not comply with normal expectations, or which becomes defective in normal uses, for the lifetime of the registered owner. This warranty includes materials and labor, excluding center stones and abuse.
7. Trade-up Warranty: The registered owner of this certificate is entitled to a lifetime trade-up on his/her Le Vian® brand jewelry item at any Le Vian® show in the same store or parent company where originally purchased for the actual purchase price if accompanied by a copy of the Certificate of Authenticity or application thereof and the sales receipt, provided it has not been abused and is in good condition. Any single eligible item from qualifying brands purchased at a net price of $500 to $2,499.99 (excluding taxes) may be traded-up for any other single trunk show item from qualifying brands, having a net selling price which is at least $500.00 higher (excluding taxes) than the original trade in item. Any single eligible item from qualifying brands purchased at a net price of $2,500.00 or more (excluding taxes) may be traded-up for any other single trunk show item from qualifying brands, having a net selling price which is at least $1,000.00 higher (excluding taxes) than the original trade in item.
8. Insurance: Customer used their Certificate of Authenticity to insured their Le Vian Piece incase of lost/stolen.
